Welcome to the KIRE helpdesk, where you can receive a knowledgable solution to your question 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our Customer Service system automatically assigns each email you send to us a unique ticket number that will be your ID for follow-ups, update tracking, and efficient responses. The ticket is immediately routed based on smart detection of your issue or question to the correct department to ensure you get a response sometimes immediately. This efficient method of contacting KIREnet is the most preferred. To login to the helpdesk, simply use your my.KIRE e-mail address and password. You will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your case ticket# immediately after sending your inquiry to us. If you are a registered my.KIRE user, you can login on the left to follow the status of your case.
